Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect 
  • Product remains unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products
  • Makeup and skincare items
  • Items showing signs of tampering

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank
  • Only product cost is refundable (shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours)

3. Exchange Policy

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will happily exchange it for a new one, subject to availability.

If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
